Vacation: Part One

What a jam-packed-with-fun vacation we had last week.  Fun, meaning both getting out and doing things as well as just staying in.  When you're on vacation, both types of fun are good.

It was our first time renting a cottage on a lake, and although we would have changed a couple of things, overall we are so pleased and are planning on renting another cottage next year.  For Eric, this is a way of scoping out places so we'll know where we want to have our own one day.

Eric and I like having time alone as a family, but we also love spending time with friends, so for the majority of our vacation, we had people staying with us.  Friends from Tennessee most of the week and friends from Michigan the rest.  It was a lot of fun!
