Eric and my friend's husband were off to Detroit for a bachelor party this weekend, we decided to take advantage of our husbands' absences and have ourselves a little sleepover. The two of us enjoyed treaters, and staying up late watching Revenge. The kiddos played, took baths and cuddled on the couch. It was the cutest thing ever!
The next morning, we made eggs and pancakes. My friend and I mostly consumed coffee to help us start the day after our late night. The kids, on the other hand, were ready to play. We have always said how we want (and may insist) that our kids be friends, and they are, but not because we make them. You can see the love that they have for each other when they're playing together.
It's seriously heart warming and we may have shed a tear or two.
