One year. He's one year old today.
I shed some tears rocking him and then putting him to sleep last night. And today I will think about what I was doing each hour one year ago today. I swear I only blinked, and yet, labor and delivery also feel like another lifetime.
To celebrate, he will be smothered with 365 hugs and kisses today.
